Position Summary
Time Warner Cable currently seeks a/an Administrative Coordinator of OSP Permitting for our Design & Planning Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Essential Job Functions
Prepares permitting applications based on local city, county, state ordinances and/or Pole Attachment specifications specific to each company attachment.
Understanding of Coaxial Design routing with an specialist background in permit application processing.
Processing of internal check vouchers, tracking of permitting intervals based on submission dates, reconciliation of make - ready assessments.
Facilities in the Coordination the development and implementation of policies, procedures, practices and performance measurements that promote an environment of goals and measures effectiveness.
Serves as technical liaison for construction and technical operations group.
Documents as-build updates for project reconciliation pertaining to permitting counts.
Perform other duties or responsibilities as required or assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
MS Applications.
Must have excellent analytical reporting and analyst skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of city and map reading. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communications. Knowledge of cable TV design.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma/Recognized Equivalent or minimum five (5) years of directly related experience required.
Travel Requirements:
Yes
30-40%
Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities:
No Supervisory responsibilities with this position.
